Someone recently had the privilege of sitting down with Bill a 72-year-old man who has been living on the streets for longer than most people can imagine.

What they expected was a difficult conversation. What they got was one of the most beautiful hours of their life.

Bill has been through things that would break most of us. He's lost a home, lost stability, and yet not once during the whole conversation did he stop smiling.

He spoke about kindness. About gratitude. About the small things that still make him feel human.

Nobody at 72 should be sleeping outside. Nobody with that much warmth left in their heart should be forgotten by the world.

Today, a small group of people are working to get Bill off the streets to give him a safe place to sleep, a warm meal, and the dignity he absolutely deserves.
