My daughter Arjwan is four years old, but she still fits into infant clothes. She has a severe kidney duct disorder that causes potassium deficiency and acidosis her little body simply cannot grow.

We are displaced, living in a cold, damp tent in Khan Younis where the specialized treatment she needs no longer exists. We have done everything we can to keep her safe, but we cannot fight this illness alone not here, not like this.
