I Lost Everything, Now I'm Fighting Cancer on the Streets

I served my country for fourteen years. I never imagined I'd end up here sleeping on concrete, battling stage two cancer and heart failure, completely alone.

When my wife died in 2022, my world collapsed. Now I'm on the streets without even a tent, gasping for breath from COPD, pushing through constant pain from neuropathy. I refuse to beg. Instead, I detail cars to survive because giving up isn't in my nature.

My message has always been simple, don't give up.
