I met Jude in a field where he's lived for two years. Winter took two of his toes, but it hasn't taken his spirit. His neighbors call him the Mayor because he looks out for everyone organizing security, holding meetings, making sure people stay safe. We might not have a building, he told me, but we do have a home.
