After Six Back Surgeries and Homelessness I'm Still Fighting for Hope

I've survived six back surgeries from domestic violence, been abandoned in Minneapolis, and now live on the streets in constant pain. But I'm not asking for your pity I'm asking you to see me. We're not all junkies out here. We're normal people who ran into some really ugly situations.

I'm in a wheelchair, living in a tent, caring for my companion, and fighting every day just to survive. After 20 years of pain, I desperately need safe housing and medical care. I need a chance to heal and finally stop struggling just to make it through each day.
