I met two incredible people who deserve so much better than shelter life. David came to Minnesota from Chicago with his barber skills and endless determination even after having his clippers stolen nine times, he keeps pushing forward. Emily arrived here completely alone, with no family support, but she's never stopped fighting.

I got them groceries and replaced David's professional tools so he can work again. But clippers mean nothing without a safe place to keep them. Right now, they don't even have a door that locks.
