I've been living on this mountainside for nearly a year now. It's just me, my cat, and my drums up here on this rocky slope. I built a makeshift furnace to stay warm and carved out a small space where I can still play music it's what keeps me going.

People ask how I stay positive. The truth is, I'm grateful for every kindness that comes my way, no matter how small. I was raised to use my mind and keep my spirit strong, and I hold onto that even on the hardest days. Right now, I'm surviving taking care of my cat, keeping my music alive but I'm ready for more than this.
