My name is Lyzette. I push my dogs in a stroller because they're all I have and I refuse to leave them behind.

When a stranger asked me for spare change recently, I had to tell them the truth, I didn't have a single cent. I go home to a shack that barely keeps the wind out. Some days I skip eating so my dogs can eat.
