Every two days, I pack everything we own and move to a new spot or lose it all. That's our reality.

While I work to keep us going, my friend Luis battles stroke recovery and Lupus on the streets. The hardest moment? Hearing him say he doesn't feel like a man anymore because of where we are.

We're exhausted. We're fighting. But we haven't given up.
