A Homeless Artist With Real Talent And A Smile Every Time Someone Takes His Work Home

I set up on the sidewalk every day with my paintings hoping someone will stop and see what I see. I am homeless and this is how I get by. I try to make something beautiful and offer it to the world instead of just asking for help. I often second guess myself and wonder if my work is worth anything. But then someone stops to buy a piece and later shows me a photo of it hanging on their wall. That moment lights me up completely.

I am not sitting out here waiting to be rescued. I am out here every day with my art trying to hold onto my dignity when the world has not been kind. I just need a little support so my art can actually carry me forward.
