I'm Stella, and I'm fighting every day for my three year old son who lives with a rare condition called Genitopatellar Syndrome. His world revolves around oxygen tanks, feeding tubes, and a heavy medical stroller that keeps him safe but I can't lift him and all his equipment into my car anymore.
