A Small Meal Brought Me to Tears. Please Help Me Find Hope Again

I'm Suzette, and I've been through more than I ever imagined. After losing my home, I survived a brutal winter on the streets that left me with severe frostbite I lost a toe and now use a wheelchair. When a stranger offered me a simple meal recently, I couldn't hold back my tears. It was the first kindness I'd felt in so long.

Right now, I'm in a temporary shelter in Manhattan, but I can't stay here forever. I'm not asking for much just a chance at a real home, somewhere safe and accessible where I can finally rebuild my life.
