I'm Evan. When someone asked me for a quarter to wash their clothes, I opened my wallet 14 cents was all I had. I gave it all.

I was sitting on that curb waiting for a ride, struggling to afford food and gas. I'd just given my last two hot dogs to my dog. I had almost nothing, but I couldn't walk away from someone in need.
