A Sister's Love Is Not Enough to Fight Hunger

I hold her close because that's all I know how to do. When everything fell apart, I told myself I would keep her safe no matter what. But I can't stop the hunger. I can feel her getting weaker, and it scares me more than anything we've already been through.

I don't need much. I just need her to be okay. If someone anyone could help us eat today, it would mean we still have a chance. That's all I'm asking for. Just a chance.
